Tara Black is an Aotearoa cartoonist and art school drop-out. You can find their work in many places, including The Sapling, Stasis Journal, The Spinoff, Takehē and but the best place to find their new work is now taracomics.substack.com. Their first graphic novel, This Is Not a Pipe, was published by Victoria University Press (now Te Herenga Waka Uni Press) in 2020.
